Fokuno vs. Reclaim
Both apps put your tasks into Google Calendar automatically. Here is an honest look at how they differ and when Reclaim is the better choice.
As of October 2026. Statements about Reclaim come from public sources and may change.
In short
- In common: Both put tasks and habits into your Google Calendar automatically and replan when something changes.
- Different at Fokuno: The focus is on the moment the block begins: a ritual for the first step, a breathing pause against distractions and an end-of-day check-out, all in one app. It is built first for school and university, and the data lives in Zurich.
- Better at Reclaim: Reclaim is a mature product with its own team and offerings for teams. Fokuno is a beta by one person, only for Windows and the browser and so far only with Google Calendar.
